SHIPPING + RETURNS

GENERAL

Standard and expedited orders will be processed for shipping within 1-4 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day.

Hella Good llc. is delighted to provide free shipping on all orders $75 and up plus 2 free samples.

When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order directly from a third party shipping carrier (usually USPS). Please note that some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Hella Good Llc. purchase, we will be happy to complete an exchange or refund. Simply contact us at support@HellagoodSkin.com and write us which item you would like to return within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at support@HellaGoodSkin.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: FL.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive a tracking number via email upon shipment of your order. This tracking number comes from a second party-you will not see the Hella Good Llc. email address. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please Note: Some carriers may not provide tracking information for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
